Refund policy

At Maitrevia Collection, we curate unique, carefully selected vintage and collectible objects. Due to the nature of our inventory and international shipping, we apply a limited and clearly defined return and refund policy as outlined below.



Eligible Returns



Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:


  • The item arrives damaged during transit
  • You received an incorrect item
  • The item has not been delivered after 30 business days, supported by valid tracking information



Returns are not accepted for:


  • Change of mind or mistaken purchases
  • Items that have been used, altered, or handled beyond inspection



All items are sold as described and photographed.



How to Request a Return



Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at maitreviafzllc@gmail.com, including:


  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence (where applicable)



All returns must be approved in writing prior to being sent back.

Unauthorized returns may not be refunded.



Refunds



  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days after item inspection
  • In the event of a confirmed lost shipment (no delivery after 30 business days with valid tracking), a full refund will be issued
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • In certain cases, partial refunds may be offered as an alternative resolution, subject to mutual agreement.

    This applies particularly to minor issues that do not affect functionality or overall usability.

    All resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Return Shipping Costs

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

In cases where an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will provide instructions for the return or resolution.

Return Process

Approved returns must be shipped to the return address provided in our written approval.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.



Final Sale



Due to the unique and collectible nature of our inventory, all items are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
